Our summer speed and agility camp will focus on creating proper running form, explosive forward and lateral movements and strengthening the muscles groups that help increase speed.

Each day will start with an extensive warm up and stretch routine. This warm up will incorporate drills that mimic proper running form and help with injury prevention. We will then move into agility drills, followed by sprint work, and end with focused strength training.

This camp is perfect for athletes in any sport that would like to improve footwork, gain quickness, or just stay in shape over the summer months. Maximum of 15 players.
